01What happens when I run out of credits?
Wait for them to refresh next billing cycle, or upgrade for more. You can still browse the gallery and view existing decodes.
02Is audio creation really free right now?
Yes, 20 minutes a day for every signed-in account, on every plan, this season. Eleven v4 speech, sound effects and music from ElevenLabs share the pool; it resets at midnight UTC. Past the free minutes, 12–24 credits. This season, voice and sound effects you make can go into your own commercial work, and so can music, except in film, TV, radio and big-studio games. The whole deal, plainly.
03Can I buy additional credits?
Yes. One-time credit packs from your Profile last 12 months. Starter credits (40 for $2, no plan needed) last 30 days.
04What is included in a decode?
Images are decoded by Claude Sonnet 5.5, Anthropic's newest Sonnet; video and audio by Gemini 3.8 Flash. Analysis across specialized tabs: Core, Mood, Visual, Form, Style, World, Matter. Style DNA, mood, technical specs, and generation-ready prompts.
05What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Every account, Free and Starter too, can decode images, make images up to 4K with 3 refs, use Realms, unlock style codes and publish up to 10 decodes to a public profile, which also become their brain; credits are the only limit. Basic adds 180 credits a month and all of Explore, with a showcase of 10. Pro adds video & audio decode, bulk decode of 10, 4 refs and a showcase of 50. Audio creation is free on every plan.
06Do unused credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over.
07Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
