What this is
Machine Sight shows a picture the way a machine reads it. Drop a still or a short clip: it finds feature points, follows them from frame to frame with Lucas–Kanade flow, and draws what it sees on top. Links between the points, brackets, readouts on leader lines, lenses that show another reading of the surface, and words that land on the beat. Everything counts in beats, so the marks close into a loop you can save as a PNG or an MP4, with a song if you bring one. It runs on your graphics card with WebGPU, and nothing you drop in leaves your machine.
How to use it
- Press Image A at the top of the panel, drop a picture or a clip on the stage, or press Open. The machine looks at it and the marks appear.
- Pick a sight on the right, or roll the dice for a new one. Open a pass along the bottom to change what it reads and draws.
- Set the tempo, then save this moment as a PNG or the whole loop as an MP4 from the bar above the stage.
