Effect
What this is
Portrait relight reads the brightness of the picture as height and turns that into a normal map, the direction each pixel faces. A key light then circles the picture and shades every pixel by how directly it faces the light.
How to use it
- Tap the image to sweep the key light around it.
- Pick a preset, or set the light angle, height and shine with the sliders.
- Turn on the light-band wipe to move to the second image, then export.

Common questions
Where do my pictures go?
Nowhere. They are opened in your browser and drawn on your graphics card. Nothing is uploaded. The pictures you add stay on this device, in this browser, so the other lab tools can open them too; × on a picture removes it.
