Point light
Light spreading out from one spot in every direction and fading with distance, like a bulb.
See it in WebGL playground. Turn on Mouse light, then move the pointer around the shape.
In plain words
A light bulb sends light out from one small spot in every direction. A point light copies that. Surfaces close to it are bright, and the light grows weaker further away. Moving it changes which sides of a shape are lit. Candles, lamps and sparks are usually drawn as point lights.
