Short answers to what goes wrong most often.

It says it needs WebGL2

The whole picture is drawn on your graphics card. Open it in a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and turn off any extension that blocks WebGL. Nothing else on the page needs it.

It runs slowly

Lower Cells under Canvas: 360 cells is four times the work of 180. Deep walls and four tiers cost more than flat ones, and Boil under Words is the most expensive setting of all.

The GIF or MP4 is huge

A loop holds every frame. Save fewer frames (Frames 25 under Motion), pick a smaller size in the box above the art, or use the MP4, which is far smaller than the GIF for the same loop.

The words cannot be read

Use Carve: it builds a plate around the letters, which reads best under tall walls. Keep Impact or another heavy face, raise Size, and lower Depth under Relief so the walls do not swallow the strokes.

My picture came back when I returned

The tool keeps your last state and your stars on this device, and writes the state into the address after the #. Press Reset at the foot of the panel for the opening preset, or open the page with ?fresh=1 for a clean start.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The panel becomes a sheet you pull up from the bottom, and the art fills the screen above it. Drag still travels through the field; pinch-zoom is the browser's, so use Scale under Field instead.

Is anything uploaded?

No. There is nothing to upload: the picture is made from a number, and every export is written in the browser.
