Mesh warp guide
Keep your work
Everything is made in your browser, and nothing is uploaded. The grid and points are hidden in all three. Every picture and video here is standard range (SDR); none is HDR.
| Button | What you get |
|---|---|
| Save PNG | The bent picture as mesh-warp.png, at the size of your picture after the 800-pixel fit. Where the bend pulls the picture in from the edge, the PNG is see-through. |
| Copy | The same picture as a PNG on the clipboard, where the browser allows it. |
| Record video | A video of the canvas at up to 30 frames a second, with no sound. Press Stop recording to save it as mesh-warp.mp4 (H.264). |
The page encodes the frames itself as it draws them, H.264 into an MP4 that opens anywhere. A browser that cannot encode H.264 (Firefox) gets a WebM instead, named by what it really wrote. See WebM and MediaRecorder.
The video holds what the canvas draws while it records. Turn on Animate, or drag points, while it runs; a picture that does not change makes a still video.
There is no time limit. The line under the buttons says Recording, then Saving the video, then the name of the saved file.
