Standing Sound guide

Everything is made in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Every file is standard range (SDR).

ButtonWhat you get
PictureThis view as a PNG at the room's own pixels, named after the room and the time, such as standing-sound-corridor-20261016-142951.png.
TakeThe room and what you hear, recorded until you stop it, at the size and shape chosen under Take: 1080p, 1440p or 4K, in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1. The size is the short side: 4K in 16:9 is 3840 × 2160, 1080p in 9:16 is 1080 × 1920. H.264 and AAC in an MP4 in Chrome, Edge and Safari; a WebM in Firefox. No watermark, no sign-in, no length limit of the page's own. A point you touch while it records is in its sound.
JSONThe held stretch, one line per point: seconds from the start of the stretch, pitch as a MIDI number and in hertz, loudness in dB, the song's own time when it came from a file, and its kind.
PLYThe same points as a binary PLY file: where each stands in this room, written Z up, with an sRGB colour. A 3D program opens it as a point cloud.

E saves the JSON and the PLY together; the first time, Chrome may ask whether this page may save several files.

Keep puts the held piece on this device (the browser's own storage), with its sound. It opens from the Kept list or from the door, held, in the room and view it was kept in.

The three sample songs, Bhakti, Cassettes, Rain and Astral Caravan, are by cyberyogi, made with Suno, and free to use in what you record here.
